Real Estate Investment

After investing a minimum of USD 220,000 in the preferred unit from a range of government-approved real estate properties, the individual becomes eligible for Grenada  citizenship, providing the investment is held for a duration of five years; this comes in addition to the following fees:

Government Fees

  • USD 50,000 for an applicant and up to three dependents
  • USD 25,000 per additional dependent, regardless of age
  • Additional siblings above the age of 18 require extra fees of USD 75,000

The minimum age for the principal applicant is 18 years old
A criminal record that’s free of any suspicions
The applicant must make the appropriate investment. If a real-estate investment is made, the applicant must hold such investment for five years.
Sons and daughters between the ages of 17 and 30 studying full-time and relying financially on their parents can be included in the same application, as well as unmarried brothers and sisters without any age restrictions.
Parents above the age of 55 can be added to the same application as dependents
